The "Scrum Guard" is a vehicle protection fence foundation that constructs a continuous foundation at the separation between the sidewalk and the roadway. As a precast product, it can reduce the time required for formwork installation and concrete curing compared to cast-in-place continuous foundations. Its small cross-section allows for effective use of roadway width.
